1. Order Processing Time

Most of our products are made-to-order.

  • Standard processing time: 5–10 business days

  • During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 


 

2. Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

 


 

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected

We reserve the right to modify shipping rates at any time.

 


 

4. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

  • If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order.

 


 

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages delivered to the wrong location due to incorrect address entry

  • Carrier delivery errors

If your package is marked delivered but not received, we recommend:

  1. Checking with neighbors

  2. Checking around your property

  3. Contacting the shipping carrier directly

 


 

6. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • High-volume production periods

 


 

7. International Shipping (If Applicable)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Brokerage fees

These charges are not included in the purchase price and are determined by your country’s customs authority.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

 


 

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of:

    • The product

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

9. Order Refusal or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customer is responsible for return and reshipping fees
