RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our products. Because many of our items are made-to-order, please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

 


 

1. Size Exchanges (We Accept Size Returns)

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky.

We allow one size exchange per order under the following conditions:

  • Request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused

  • Tags (if applicable) must still be attached

  • Item must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage

How It Works:

  1. Email fulfillment@4winnersmerch.com with your order number.

  2. We will provide return instructions.

  3. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will ship the new size.

We do not offer refunds for sizing issues — exchanges only.

We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

 


 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect item sent

You must contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photo of packaging

  • Description of the issue

If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund at our discretion.

 


 

3. Returns for Refund (Non-Size Related)

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Color preference

  • Design preference

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

All other sales are final.

 


 

4. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

 


 

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

 


 

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

 


 

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We are committed to resolving issues quickly.

Before filing a payment dispute, please contact us directly.

We maintain detailed fulfillment records, shipping confirmations, and production documentation for all orders. Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested and reported to payment processors.
